    Love listening to your podcasts in the morning while peplanineg the day. Am at maintainance so would like hearing how you keep going . Like to snack at night but find it dangerous. Really liked your ideas about trigger foods and not during dangerous times, think your adding a special theme to each day is good idea. I look forward to each topic. Good idea to listen to these. While walking.
    At first the music was hard in my ears, but now I enjoy it.
